We ship every order with care, security, and peace of mind.
- Free UPS shipping on all orders
- Orders typically ship within 1 business day
- Most deliveries arrive within 3–4 business days after shipment
- You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships
- All packages are fully insured while in transit
- Most packages will require a signature upon delivery
- All jewelry is securely and professionally packaged
🔄 Returns
We want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you don’t, we make returns simple.
30-Day Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
How to Start a Return
- If you created an account at checkout, you can initiate your return directly through your account.
- If you checked out as a guest or do not have an account, simply contact us to initiate a return, and we’ll get it started for you.
Once your return is initiated, a prepaid return shipping label and return instructions will be emailed to you.
💳 Refunds
- Approved returns receive a full refund
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- You’ll receive confirmation once your return has been processed
Please allow your bank or card issuer additional time to post the refund.
❗ Important Notes
The only items not eligible for return are items that were customized or altered specifically for the customer at the time of order.
